Crossfit East

Located at 4501 Capper Rd, the North Campus of Florida Community College. I train small groups by appointment. This is also the Police Academy Regional training Center. I train college and police academy students individually and as a part of the Academy and College programming along with Tom Fonger and several other LEO Crossfit Certified Instructors.  We get a lot in, we study and we train hard.  It is a complete training program.  ( No drop ins. Scheduled training only. )
